Posted - 12/25/2004 : 00:03:39 I am waiting for my Willems Enhanced programmer to arrive. The first project I have planned for this is to read a 2MB ROM. Also, this ROM will need to be tapped into as it is located on a COB. That shouldn't be a problem, but here's my questions:
I see in the schematic that the address bus can go to A23 but the ZIF only lists up A15. I will need up to A20. I am wondering if this will be possible and if so, how? Anybody have any idea which chips settings to try? Is there a "general" setting? Is it possible to develop your own chip profiles for the software to use? Obviously, since this is a ROM, I am only planning to read the device, so any programming specific settings shouldn't matter.
Thanks a million for any help and happy holidays!

Posted - 12/29/2004 : 18:35:52 I think you need a adapter. You need to know the exact part number and then select a right adapter.
The software should be willem programmer software. |
