I trying to remove the immo from my afn Passat 3b. What i know ist that the data is stored over here....:

So i would like to know if i can read&write the 24c02 ic2 eprom with my willem usb. The problem is that i only have the plcc32 on my board, so i think i need an adaptor for it, dont i?
Where can i get it, especially in germany?

I think i need a SOP8 to DIP16 adapter... Where can i find it? Can i take anything i find or is it willem specific?

Yes. You need adaper ADP-004:

ADP-032 SOIC16 SOP16 ZIF adapter

OR

In circuit testclip:

the In circuit programming may need some testing and it is depending on your board design.

The position on programmer ZIF is lower pin aligned. Same as DIP8 chip.

I have this-ADP-032 SOIC16 SOP16 ZIF adapter
which the correct orientation (function properly)

Align the adapter lower pin to ZIF lower pin. Align the chip lower pin into adapter.
The position on programmer ZIF is lower pin aligned. Same as DIP8 chip. Example, select M95080 fro mthe software, the software will show the position of the chip. The adapter with the chip should go same location.
