Can i write EN25F16 bios chip in my GQ-4X? i can't find this in device list.

If you have programmer, try to add following line into devices.txt:

Name="EN25F16",ID="1C3115",Class="W25X10",CodeSize="2097152",VCC="3.6V",Category="SERIAL_EPROM",MFG="Eon Silicon";
