just purchased willem dual power programmer PCB3B. reads 2732 chips fine. but EVERY time i program 2732 i get error:

Error at 0x000000 Chip = 0xFF buffer = 0x7A



totally clueless, 1st time programming. what's the problem, and what do i do???

well, they are actually 2732a, and i tried 21v and 25v and it doesn't help.
