We bought GQ-4X programmer, while we are using the devise we are having problem with to copying information which is in eprom or chip to computer. Also evry eprom cant be detected by device.is this stemming from the devise itself?

in some chips we receive warnings in Verify and Erase steps, are we doing mistake or is that from the devise?fter choosing the devise some sections are not signed on the right side on auto mode..(erase,read,lock). errors about erasing is becaouse of unsigd section?
Also we need a using manual about general usage of the device.

Device Id feature is to identify the chip type is selected correctly from the software.

If you receive a warring, then check the device type you selected, make sure it is correct.
