Hi mcutech support and friens:

I need to know which eporom are compatible with:
87c512???
27c256 or 512 ???

am28f512?? ( actually i have a more biggest memory : am29f040b9
its compatible doesent matther the more biggest capabilitie???

As I know 87C512 has no replacement.
the 27C256 and 27C512 can be replaced by SST27SF256 and SST27SF512.
