I notice that TSOP48 adapters are available for the GQ-4X programmer, but they all appears to need the chip desoldered from the board to place them into the adapter for reading/writing. Are there any non invasive TSOP48 adapters for this programmer, much like the 360-clip for Progskeet or perhaps the Delta www.adapt-plus.com/products_html/8800-0150.html prob could work?

the problem is not the connectin. The chip programming is designed to be programmed in a dedicated hardware circuit. Not the in-circuit-programming. The in system programming only can be done by the MCU connected to it. Not the external programmer via a IC clip.
