Hi all, I have Windows XP SP2 running on AMD Athlon and was able to install the USBdriverV2.0.1_32_64bit driver for my GQ-4x the first time and got the burner to work just fine. But I had a problem with Windows and had to reinstall Windows from CD (not a fresh install, but as an update). Now I am trying to re-install the driver, but the Hardware Update Wizard keeps saying "Cannot Install this Hardware". I have tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it, but kept getting the same message. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for replying, I tried it on my Windows 8.1 and it worked, but it would be nice if I can get it to work on my Windows XP machine.

Your Windows may have some problem.

Try it on another computer.
