using duel powered willem
keep getting errors "error@0x000000 chip=0xff buffer=0x2f"
tring to program 27128.
seems to read fine.any ideas ??

It looks like the Vcc or Vpp not get enough high. Try to use a DC power adapter instead of USB power. And set the Vcc to 6.2V.

Also, confirm your 27128's Vpp setting is correct.
