As I can see I connect

VCC to VCC
GND to GND

Rumors says it's 24C02

Where do I connect SDA,SCL and WR? See picture

For in circuit programming use an external power supply for your device without connecting VCC to your programmer.

Select 24C02 in the device menu and use the following on the ZIF.
