I only tend to program ST M27C1000 EPROMs. All was working up until last week, but now, every time I try to program, it fails at 6%.

The EPROMs themselves are ok (I've blanked them, and programmed with a different programmer).

I can verify and blank check OK, but not programme.

Any ideas or suggestions?

The programmer A13 pin damaged.

This is the exact same error I get with each M27C1000 device that I try to write with my GQ-4X.

The devices are OK as I can program them with my TL866A programmer.

what is your exact error message?

If there is no contacting problem involved, then the problem may come from the programmer hardware.
