Hi, everyone. My name is Dy, Im from Venezuela. I tried to write 3 new eeproms 93c66 but I cant, read and write must be in 16 bit mode. I have a willem 4.5, with soft 0.98d5, and when I want programming always say ERROR. Even I tried to write another dump, not specifically wich I need, and is the same.

I open the soft and without device I read and put in screen, device read ok, when I verify say device verify ok. It is normal?

I tried with another willem soft but without good results.

Probe voltage in all pins, when start read or write pin 8 voltage up to 5v, pin 1 up to 5v when I intented write, pin 3 voltage down from 5v to 0.19v while write, pin 4 voltage up from 0v to 0.49v more less.

Every thinks look fine, I dont undenstarnd what is the problem?

I need help because really need write this eeprom, I need make immo off to Toyota Corolla urgent.

Thanks!!!!

pin 4 should be 0V. That is ground pin.
