Hello,

Is there a problem with my vs480 or am I doing something wrong?

I am trying to program , a couple of different EEPROMs, originally not blank. As soon as the programming starts, it errors saying that the buffer and the location are different. Is like there is no erasing process before writing.

Can anybody help?

Best regards,

Bogdan

OK, I figured out myself. It would have been helpful, if the software had a better description of the device, by specifying that is OTP-EPROM, not EEPROM.

Thanks,

Bogdan
