dear zlm, thanks for your advise. before buying it, i want to try one experiment. my friend has labtool which supports this chip. i have identified jtag prot on board. now please advise how to connect jtag port to labtool programmer. it has 48 pins dip zif socket. to which pins of labtool zif should i connect the jtag port 5 pins.

regards

Yes. The PRG-31 is uses JTAG interface. It only connects 5 pins of chip for In-System-Programming(ISP). So, it can program the chip in the circuit after you soldered the chip on the circuit board.

DEAR ZLM

The PRG-031 will do the ISP programming for this chip.

The only programmer supports MC68306 is the PRG-Xeltek-001 SuperPro3000U Programmer
