Having problems w/ the PRG-017 programming the FUSE config bits on the PIC18F2450 chip. I attempt to program a HEX file w/ appropriate FUSE values. The hex appears to be set, but the FUSE settings will not. What setting am I missing?

Does the software load the configuration bit correctly from the hex file?
Try to increase the delay time in ".cid" file.

Why will the software not erase the FUSE configuration? It won't set the config bit values from the HEX file
