I see "special" LEDs corresponding to 2716, 2732 etc. on the Willem Pro 5.5C.
Does this mean it can program 2716 & 2732 eproms in addition to the 27C16 and 27C32 eproms specifically mentioned in the spec sheet?

No.

Maybe it can read the chip but I am sure it does not program.
