Hi, I have a willem 4.5c and I am trying to read/write to serial eprom NMC9306. The programmer supports NM93C06 but this configuation wont access the earlier NMC9306 device. Both are supposed to be Microwire compatible but the NMC9306 is an earlier version.

Can anybody help as its not overly clear from the data sheets what the difference is, looks like it could be timing, clocking and an additional zero start bit.

Is there any version of Willem PCB software that supports this device?

If you see the different timming in datasheet, then it will not work.
