I've just picked up a Dual Standard Willem EPROM programmer, and it's not working under XP using USB. Anyone else have this problem? I'll try it tonight on a W98 machine, but I thought maybe someone else may have come accross this.

The programmer is only working from Parallel port. The USB cable only for power not for data link. You can use either USB power or DC adaptor as power source. This is why we call it "Dual Power".
