I desparately need to both read and write one of the following in order of preference:

M48T58
M48T08
M48Z58
M48Z08
DS1643
DS1225

I would assume it'd be possible to read all of these as a normal 27C64, correct? But how would I write to one with a PCB3 compatible programmer? Would a GQ-4X be able to do it or would I need to look for a different programmer?

I desparately need to do this so any help would be appreciated.
