In regards to programming eeproms, (odometer correction) can I edit only certain parts of the code or do I have to completely erase and program fresh code? I'm looking to only edit a few lines of code. Thanx in advance

Yes. You can edit the code and then write it back to the EEPROM.

Also I've used programmer specifically for odometer correction but it was very limited, so I have a basic understanding of how it's done
