Twice, I have purchased some OKI MR27V852E One Time Program chips from overseas and both time they appear to have data on them already. My question is...could this be a problem with my programmer? Or could it be xrays at customs? Both times they were shipped to me via EMS. The supplier is a broker of chips in China. They swear that the chips are blank.

I have a eetools Top Max II. It does have the data for this chip in the program, but whenever I read any of the chips...they are not blank.
I wonder if it would do me any good to send these chips to anyone with a different programmer to see if they show up as blank chips? I still have 40+ chips sealed in the original packaging. Would anyone be interested, for a fee...in testing a few of these for me.
Thanks
