Question is "What is difference between TSOP48-S and TSOP48 adapters?".

OK! After counting pins I found that only adapter that fits to my "Enhanced" is TSOP48-S. Can I buy it separately somewhere?

yes. But the chip's pin must be clean.

Can I program a soldered out chip (that is not brand new)using TSOP48 and/or TSOP48-S? I mean, does ZIF (or socket) fit such chips?

TSOP48-S is the socket based.
TSOP48 is the ZIF based.

Both adapters will fit in Enhanced Willem programmer. Currently only the ZIF based is available in the store.
