Selected 29F040:
ID as a Fujitsu
erase completed (several times)but Blank Test reads Device is not empty
won't start programming!

This is my first try, any help will be well appreciated

The ID is incorrect.
Have to solve the ID issue first.
Check all the DIP setting. Makesure the chip been locked in ZIF.
