Hi, I have a wounder if itīs possible to read a mask rom 128kB with the GQ-4X without an adapter? when I try to use the 27c1024 as device it says that I need an adapter, but isent there anyway to read the mask rom anyways? So I can compair the data and see if the roms are OK (understand that I need an adapter to program new chips, but want to see first if they are OK)

When using 27c512 as device I can only see half the data, possible to read the other halv later and then combine them?

Regard

EDIT: It is 28 pin mask rom that I want to be able to read

By the way, do you know a compatible EPROM for a fujitsu 831000-20?

The GQ-4X ia able to read mask rom. But you need to know the part number and the compatible EPROM. So that you can select that EPROM from the software and do the reading.
