Hi ya...
It is good to know everything we love to create there are experts helping us around the world, I was nothing without your support!
I got here big problems that for some of you will be a pleasure to help:
I got a Dual Power Willem EPROM Programmer PCB 5.0C using the software willem 0.98D5 version that I could find the pic 16f88 in the menu to program ....
I must to program a 16f88-i/p 1039qga 18 pin with some hex I got.
I am quite new in this, it is my first pic, I would like to know...
1=how to put the pic properly in the board?
2=how to set the jumpers, voltages? what voltages?
3=how to upload the information I got saved in a txt file onto this software to burn my pic 16f88
For what I've done (not sure if it is right), I opened a txt file and saved the hex information on that ... later I renamed to .hex and then opened the file using the willem file\load ... pointing to the hex I've created...
It gave me a message " sucessfuly loaded" ... but now the difficulty is to set the jumpers properly, set the voltages properly, I must know everything I must set in order to sucessfully burn properly this 16f88.

I FOUND THE WILLEM 5.0C 0.98D8 SOFTWARE AND DOWNLOADED IT ... BUT IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY PIC AS EMPTY, DO I NEED TO USE EXTERNAL POWER 12VDC INSTEAD THE 5VDC FROM USB? WHAT JUMPERS MUST BE SET? I AM TRYING TO PUT THIS HEX ONTO THE PIC 16F88:
