I can not write a meda w25q16b check failed error id FFFFFFF the soket is new and ic are blank

check your chip orientatio, adapter contacting with programmer and pin contactings.

Witch programmer do you use , if it's GQ-4x then it's a Supported Chip as W25Q16 and you have to check the pin orientation.
