It appears that the 8.1 Windows upgrade broke the programmer software.I have version 6.23. The software loads properly and the USB driver seems to work, at least I get the sound of it starting. The problem is that the right hand pane of the interface is blank or near blank as some parts are visible such as the DIP graphic. If you re-size it you can briefly see the normal screen to the rear of the white. It did work on Windows 8 but not 8.1. I've tried it on several 8.1 machines with same results. They all have the latest drivers. I tried downgrading the video driver with no luck so it is definitely something done differently in 8.1. Is there a fix coming as it is unusable this way.

I have solved this problem by looking at Sticky: Windows 8 installation.

I have also tried updating the driver to 20.1_32_64bit I get this message.
The 3rd party INF does not contain digital signature.
I am not given the option to override this.
