Using adapter ADP-004 SOIC8 (150mm) with MX25L1005A:
Erase - pass!
Blank check - pass!
Write - pass!
VERIFY - Always failed on the same code
"Verify failed,address 0x000000,Device=0xff,Buffer=0x002"

i have the same problem.. it has the same symptom in slower speed, always problem with verify process..
"Verify failed,address 0x000000,Device=0xff,Buffer=0x002"
MX25L1005AMC ----------->> MX25L1005MI (ID check pass, meanwhile using MX25L1005MC -->> ID Check fail)
I already clean the ic pin and the adapter..
Any solution for this problem ?

fijate memory this good contacts clean ic adapter and if that does not throw that error. if you can look at the data sheet saver memory to the memory id |

Does it ID the chip? if so, try slower speed. |
