hi there,

i want to know that how can i save a Chip Data Read by GQ-4x Programmer in a ROM Format,COZ i can Only see the *.Bin , *.S , *.hex formats in the save as Dialog when i try to save the read code of a chip.

Actually i want to change the boot logo of a Phoenix Award BIOS Ver 6.00PG & & Logo changer needs the ROM File when i rename it from BIN to ROm then it will not accept the file & gives a error msg.

any idea - Suggestion

The .ROM should be same as .BIN.

You can save it to .BIN and then rename it to .ROM
