Hi I would like to know is the M45pe16 readable with the Gq-4x ?

This chip has special pin layout. So, you need to map it to standard pin layout.

You need a ADP-081 + ADP-067 and CPT-022(8 jumper wires) to do the remapping.

Please refer to ADP-088 for the similar case:

The setup should be similar to ADP-088, the only different is the ADP-081 needed in your case.
