Hi,

I am trying to duplicate this chip, but have not see anywhere that its supported by the GQ-4X. Is it possible to read this chip, and write to another using the 13 address lines and 8 data lines? I have pretty limited knowledge but I'm learning to learn. Is there another burner that would?

Data sheet [English] is available here - hxxp://scriptllcomponents.ru/pdf/zmd/u62h64sa.pdf .

Thanks for any advice / suggestions!

Jonathan

Hey ZLM

thanks for the reply, I thought I'd read cmos memory and thought it was actually some storage.

U62H64SA is a static RAM chip. So, it does not hold any data when it is off power. You do not need to read it.
