hello, I have a programmer gq-x3 he usually worked, now can not write match any chip, epromm, not deletes nothing and writes that can be ???

oi eu estou com problema com programador gq-x3, da erro de escrita erro na direção 0x0000,sera que estragou??? como reparar??? sou brasileiro alguem pode ajudar???
