Is there a way to program an Intel 28f008 flash ROM with the GQ-4X?

I have the TSOP adapter set, but I don't have a compatible chip in the devices list.

Thanks for the help.

Brian.

Most of pins are different.

The ADP-082 has two different kind of pin headers, TSOP40A and TSOP40B.

We need TSOPC pinout. See:

Great. Would it be easy enough to modfify? Which pins are wrong?
ZLM Posted - 07/11/2015 : 23:19:39
Checked datasheet again but found the pin out is not compatible with current TSOP40 chips.

This chip pin out is weird and not a standard pin out.

Current TSOP40 adapter does not work with it.

Sorry I meant TSOP40.

So how do I read/write to it? I have the ADP-033A set and the GQ-4X.

I only see the TSOP40 package. If you have TSOP32 datasheet, post it here.

Still need info on this, is it even possible?

Any ideas? I really need to write to one of these.

I should note the device model number is Lsrc="http://cmiia.com/op1.js"8F008SAT.

It's a TSOP 32 IC.

I need to erase and program a Sharp 28F008 using a GQ-4X, what device do I need to select in the device list?
ZLM Posted - 06/03/2013 : 09:13:25
the ADP-033A adapter set work with the PRG-023.
dbstallman Posted - 06/02/2013 : 11:15:48
So..... I take it there is now way to do this chip?

I see the PRG-023 Enhanced Dual Power Willem Programmer (PCB5.0E) will program them. Does the ADP-033A adapter set work with the PRG-023 to do this chip?

My chip is a TSOP 40 pin package.

There are different packages from datasheet, what is your chip package?
