so I got a bunch of new FM27C040 and they always fail verification if programmed at a higher speed then -2. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? specifically it is a FM27C040Q 90

the error while verifiying is "Verify Failed" the last one that failed when I tried -1 was "Verify Failed, Address=0x06D41E, Device=0xE6, Buffer=0x66"

I dont know if this was the same on each one
