As the title says, MCUmall, why are you not actively moderating the forums and dealing with all the spam that is widespread across the forum. Your lack of action is giving your customers an impression of how unprofessional your company is.

While not working for MCUmall I can confirm as a moderator that dealing with spam for Chinese junk can be overwhelming at times. One tool missing is capacity to block or ban some users and/or ip adresses. Administrators might have this power, I don't know. Also the moderator for the GQ-5X section doesn't seem to look often at it.
