dont seem to be getting any were need to know what im doing wrong.can some one tell me were the green lead of the tsop48-s adaptor go's and need to know if i have it set up right as i keep getting this when i try to program the chip Error at 0x0DAE69 Chip=0xFF buffer=0xEB?

Those are address lines: Red: A19, Green: A20, Blue: A21

But your error seems not a address line error. If is it address line error, it should always fail at same location. Onther factor may be due to the random noise.
