Does anyone have a voltage hack, to program 2532.

I have made a socket adapter to change the pins, but I understand I need a higher voltage.

Any help in programming these is greatly appreciated.

John

Hi John,

No Willem-based programmers to date can handle the currents drawn by NMOS EPROMs. If you're using the enhanced board, it doesn't support any DIP24 parts. Broken power routing to pin28 on the socket.

I have modified several programmers to fix the voltage drop problem. Additionally, you need to be careful about sufficient erase and program margin when programming any EPROMs.

HTH,
Dennis

If I'm not wrong, the 2532 uses 25V Vpp. The Willem programmer is able to provide this Vpp.
