using a pcb3 according to hte 98ja program, but I don't think that is the model. Mine has all surface mount and a coupl of plcc sockets on the right side of the zif. I have a 12volt supply connected as well as usb and parrell cable.
It can read and blank check, also if I move the jumper it wil erase a w27c512 just fine. When I go to program I load my bin and tel it to program, which it says it does... then when it verifys it fails! upon reading the chip and displaying the buffer is see that all the locations 000000-00FFFF have been changed from FF to 00 and not programed with the buffers data that I loaded. any insite as to what is causing this malfuction??\
thank-you
