Hi

I have come accross something i cant find information for and was wondering if somebody can give me any pointers.

I have a PCB which is a SPI flash memory i want to be able to access the code and make changes but cant find any information on the unit due to being OEM.

The board has a Atmel 0451 / 45D6161B on board and i want to be able to read and change.

Can you send the datasheet to support@mcumall.com? So that I can take a look.

Thanks for the reply.

Got the data sheet after posting, just trying to work out how to connect up or see if an adapter can be made so it just slots on to the programmer using the IDC header. Iam right in thinking it would only need 3 connections to read and write to.

Thanks

Tried to attached the datasheet just to big.

Looks like a SPI flash chip.

You can try to select Atmel SPI chip from software, and then use programmer to detect it.
