Hello.. This is also my first visit to the Forum.. please forgive the suddent question.

Using Dual Power Willem Programmer, with PDIP32 to PLCC32 Adapter,

I am Trying to hard Flash a BIOS chip. ( actually 2 ).

Winbond W39V040AP, According to my research, this a 3.3V 4MB Chip.

Can you suggest the settings on J1 and J2 and the DIP switches for this program. It seems to respond to ROM Ident and reads simply Fijitsu and 0x04 in both Manufctr and Device code.

I am not new at this. but I dont have spares to replace this with and dont want to burn it up.

Thanks, Personal Email accepted.
will check forum also.

W39V040AP need FWH/LPC adapter. Not the PLCC32-DIP32 adapter.
