hello
i am having trouble flshing the MX 25L1005A
i managed to read the memory, also erase it, but when i tried to write to it, it shows that is writing, but when it goes to verify, i get an error.

i found out that when i go to Lock button, and hit "read" i get this:

(00000H-0FFFF): Block 0 is not protected.(0x1c)
(080000H-0FFFF): Block 1 is not protected.(0x1c)
(0C0000H-0FFFF): Block 2 is protected.(0x1c)
(0E0000H-0FFFF): Block 3 is not protected.(0x1c)
(0F0000H-0FFFF): Block 4 is not protected.(0x1c)
* END *

i tried the "unprotect" button, it sais DONE, but still can't write the memory!

is there something i am doing wrong?

PLEASE HELP!!

Does verify fails on same address every time?

Try to use lower speed and see if it works.
