Hi,

I received S29GL064N90TFI040 chips. With GQ-4X, I can erase, read the chip but I can't write to it. I always have an error (in the beginning of writing). See picture attached.

I have the adapter ADP-072 + ADP-077.
I configure J4 on "ON", J2 on "29F", and J1 on "5V". I tried with a few chips, same results...

I tried with 6.25, 6.26 and 6.27 software versions, different speed, and with/without Temp Unprotect.

When It failed, I tried to read the chip, and there are informations until offset 3FFF.

Any Ideas ?

Thank you.

Good to know that.

I checked all pins on the ADP077 and I redid the welds. For now, it seems to work (burning 30%).
Adapters are not tested before being sold ?

Edit : 100% write + verify OK.

It seems you have pin contact problems on A13. Check that pin.

Also, make sure you have set jumper correctly on ADP-003.
