Hello together,
i want to read out data from a 93C56 EEPROM in a SID801 ECU.
Ive a GQ-4X Programmer and im not able to read Data out of the EEPROM.
So i need help.

i have same problem. i have 93C56 chip from audi ECU. in 4X i can read this chip but i cant write. in old LPT willem i can read and write. in willem can write 16bit chip, when i try write as 8bit, verify is bad.
chip was in soic 8 adapter
after i wrote chip in lpt willem i try verify in 4X, but this read different data.
this is second (from five) chip, which i cant write in 4X but in LPT works ok. |

Try to remove the chip and program it on the programmer with adapter. |
