Im pulling data from a TMS28F200AZ with the following hardware:

GQ-3x, ADP-019 v2.1 psop adapter, windows 8.1.
Im using 5v header and the right side of the 29f/28f header.

Every time i pull the data and try and verify it i get an error and every time the location is different.

I cant figure out why it keeps doing this?

It looks to me is pin contacting issue. Check and confirm all pin contacting.
