Can someone help ?

i have here a old audi a4 1.8t from 1996 with a plcc32 chip.
I solder a plcc32 socket and i have buy new 29f010 chips.

My Programmer is the GQ-4x4 i select as device the amd 29f010 Plcc32.
But when i will write a file, i make id check off, after click write "write failed, Adress=0x000200x Buffer= 0xC3 Device=0x3F.

When i select by speed -2 i can write the file, but when i read my chip, it is nothing saved. all FF :(

What`s my mistake ?
