 Dspic30 and ICD2.5 USB on XP		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

I am at the end of my wits.

I am connected to a dsPICDEM2 board and get
the following errors no matter what I do :
Downloading Operating System
Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2
...Connected
Setting Vdd source to target
ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x101,read=0x0)
...Reading ICD Product ID
Running ICD Self Test
...Passed
...Download Operating System Succeeded
MPLAB ICD 2
Ready

===>Any attempt to connect fails<<<===
The device is a dsPic30F4011.
Target VDD is 4.02 and the vpp's are at 12v.
I using MPLAB 8.01 (tried 8.0 as well)

HELP....
