Hello i just purchased my GQ-4x4 and i am unable to write to a am27c010-200dc or an d27c010-150v10 can anyone help me figure out what i am doing wrong

the error i get is "Write Failed, Address=0x000002, Buffer=0xA9, Device=0x00"

Di you erase the chips first?
