HI.
I Need read and write a M48Z58Y, 64Kbit (8Kb x(8) DIP28
but there is not at supported list device.
can I program like M48Z02, 16Kbit (2Kb x(8) DIP24 ??
or make a New Device whit command lines.??
I cant undertens how I sey "pin 1 NC; pin 2 A12; pin 27 not w; pin 28 Vcc, etc. etc.
if there is posible, can you help me?

To add this chip, adding following lines into devices.txt:
Name="M48Z58",ID="XXXX",Class="DS1230Y",CodeSize="8192",Category="SRAM",MFG="ST",VCC="5V";
Name="M48Z58Y",ID="XXXX",Class="DS1230Y",CodeSize="8192",Category="SRAM",MFG="ST",VCC="5.5V";
Try both above types and use the working one.
Let me know if they works. |
