I recently purcahse a top2049, ive got it writing to the PIC (a PIC16F877A) yet the code doesnt appear to do anything when installed in the circuit (yet it does using other writers and in emulation)
Ive gone back to a simple flashing LED and it does nothing, even when using a different type PIC and using a pic test board
I understand I need to change the config settings, but everything looks fine. I've tried all 4 ossicilator settings and yet still nothing.
Reading back the data it seems fine, as does reading back the config data
Does anything have any thoughts?
