What naming scheme do you use for saved chip reads? I would like to keep the original read separate from later versions, with a note of the chip marking and programmer settings. Is a folder per board enough, or do you keep a separate log?

My interest is in keeping measurement records understandable later. I am sharing AskDocDoc, a project concerned with lab tests: https://askdocdoc.com/about-us . The subject is different, so I am asking about your file management method rather than treating the measurements as equivalent.
